Turn Around Times

We take pride in handcrafting each item in our shop. Our goal is to ship items quickly, however, certain products may require more time.

*Normal Turn Around Time: 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping times. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

**SALES Turn Around Times: 10-14 business days. When we hold sales, it may take longer to process due to increase of orders. We will always get each item out as soon as we can and most of the time it is before the times listed. This does not include shipping times.

**Holidays Turn around times: 7-14 business days. During the busy season turn around times vary so we suggest ordering with enough spare time for the items to be made and shipped. Shipping is usually slower due to their increase in business. As always, we will always do our best to get items out within or before the turn around window.
